This exquisite villa has a wonderful panoramic view of the beach as well as the turquoise-blue Caribbean Sea. It is located in Playacar Phase One, an exclusive area consisting of beach front and close to beach front villas. This is one of the few available villas that is right on the beach.
It was totally remodeled by its new owners in 2004, it now includes marble floors, soaring vaulted hardwood ceilings, new designer furniture and the original arts and crafts.
Villa del Mar accommodates up to six people in the 3 large bedrooms with two bathrooms.
Looking from the comfortable master bedroom you see breathtaking views of the sunrises and the crystal blue sea.
The elegant, natural stone living room opens onto a long L shaped covered veranda and beyond an open terrace that leads to the beach.
There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a very cozy dining room.
Other amenities include central air-condition, ceiling fans, satellite dish TV, 4 TVs (2 huge), cd player, microwave, laundry room with washer and dryer, outdoor furniture, maid service 6 times per week and landscaped garden. You can connect to the internet from the office as well. This villa is approximately 2500 square feet.
This is a house for those who enjoy white sandy beaches, a perfect blue sea in a beautiful location.
Playacar Phase One is just south of Play del Carmen town where you can shop or choose to eat in one of the many restaurants. It is also close to an excellent golf course.
