This condo is located in the Northern part of Playa del Carmen in a very quiet area with trees and nice restaurants. The famous Cueva del Chango is only a block away). It is a very charming penthouse with great Mexican flair, and a great terrace overlooking the pool and garden area. The living and dining room area open up completely to the terrace and offer a nice open air feel. You are only 20 meters away from a beautiful sandy beach and a a 3 mn walk from the beginning of 5th avenue. It is the perfect location to enjoy Playa at it's best: beach , restaurants and shopping.
